Senthil Parameswaran is a global technology and digital transformation leader who has spent 25 years not just advising organisations — but building, running, and accountable for the outcomes.

Most management consultants have studied transformation. Senthil has led it — from a Junior Developer writing production systems in Singapore in 2000, to Chief Digital Officer at Arab Bank where he oversaw a decade-long digital journey that reshaped one of the region's most established financial institutions.

That journey spans five countries, four continents, and every layer of the technology stack — from writing business rules engines and eProcurement platforms early in his career, to architecting enterprise digital programmes, establishing a Global Capability Centre in India from scratch, and delivering consumer-facing banking apps used by millions.

SKA Global Partners is the vehicle through which Senthil now brings that depth of experience directly to organisations navigating their own transformation — as an embedded practitioner, not a distant advisor.

2017 — 2026

Chief Digital Officer — Arab Bank

Jordan

Nine years building the digital foundation of one of the Arab world's most respected banks. Led the transformation from a traditional institution to a digitally-native organisation — establishing digital onboarding, launching Reflect (a full digital banking platform built in nine months), delivering Arabi Next, the AB Private Banking app, and a loyalty engine that competitors across the region looked to as a benchmark. Also established ACABES, Arab Bank's Global Capability Centre in India, from the ground up.

2012 — 2017

Technology Consultant — SKA Global Partners

New Zealand · Netherlands · United Kingdom

Operating as an independent consultant across three countries — engaging with the New Zealand Ministry of Justice and Westpac NZ, followed by ABN AMRO in the Netherlands and RBS in the United Kingdom. Delivered across architecture, systems integration, and digital programme delivery for public sector and financial services clients.

2006 — 2012

Senior Programmer Analyst — FedEx Services & Consulting

Tennessee · Massachusetts, United States

Joined FedEx Services as a Senior Programmer Analyst in the Business Rules Department, building and maintaining enterprise-grade business logic systems. Subsequently worked as a consultant through Adroit Software Inc, serving multiple US clients across logistics, healthcare, retail, and financial services — including Cardinal Health, Apple Vacations, Nike, and TIAA-CREF.

2005 — 2006

Senior Systems Analyst — Emerio Globesoft

Singapore

Delivered on the HP Technology Services Group Managed Operations project — a large-scale enterprise systems engagement requiring deep technical and integration expertise.

Senior Application Support Analyst — DHL (Asia Pacific)

Cyberjaya, Malaysia

Supported and evolved critical applications across DHL's Asia Pacific Emerging Markets operations — gaining early exposure to large-scale logistics technology in a multi-country environment.

Software Engineer & Systems Analyst

Singapore

Started as a Software Engineer at IT Consultancy and Services Pte Ltd, building foundational skills across software development and systems delivery. Moved to CrimsonLogic as a Systems Analyst, working on eProcurement platforms for the Singapore Government.
